The demand is real and the promise is huge. But before voice agents can be trusted in production, they need a framework that proves they actually work. That is why we built Vattara.
Meet Loki and Kharthi, close friends who have known each other since their early days at Zoho. Kharthi brings deep domain pedigree in observability from ManageEngine, alongside a decade of experience scaling multiple enterprise SaaS products from zero through growth stages. Loki spent the last decade selling enterprise-grade SaaS across geographies and teams, most recently as an early GTM team member at ElevenLabs.
He left ElevenLabs to build Vattara with Kharthi, convinced that voice agents need a rigorous framework to measure performance, and that in-house eval systems were never designed to simulate real-world testing.
Their goal is one unified, agentic system that lets anyone adopting voice agents deploy with confidence across the entire lifecycle of a voice agent.
Imagine the Marine Corps training, the toughest test on the planet, the one that breaks the finest of men. We want Vattara to be that camp: every voice agent graduates through us before it ever reaches a real caller.
Tested before production. Every voice agent is created and tested in Vattara before it ever hits production.
The gold standard. Our certification becomes the benchmark for evaluating how a voice agent performs.
Connected through the Toolbox. Every interaction with the tools in a customer's environment is monitored and connected through Vattara, exclusively for voice agents.
We're realistic people. We won't promise you the fictional sun and everything in it. Here's what we're actually going to build.
A universal voice-AI eval system. One standard the whole industry measures against.
The voice-AI expert company. The people the field turns to on voice agents.
